With a decade and a half of real estate experience, Cory B. George has built a career defined by investment insight and operational leadership. He began investing in 2009, steadily building a portfolio of over 100 rental properties and executing multiple single-family home flips. Today, he is channeling that expertise into the upcoming launch of Titan Atlas Capital, a fund designed to capitalize on demand for private student housing in Midwest markets. Outside of real estate, Cory’s career has included executive management, most notably as General Manager at Town & Country Ford in Evansville, where he honed skills in leadership, team building, and customer service. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Cory combines disciplined investment strategies with creative vision, positioning Titan Atlas Capital for strong, sustainable growth.
